DM542 步进驱动器

驱动器有红绿两个指示灯。其中绿灯为电源指示灯，当驱动器上电后绿灯常亮；红灯为故障指示灯，当出现过压、过流故障时，故障灯常亮。故障清除后，
红灯灭。当驱动器出现故障时，只有重新上电和重新使能才能清除故障。

Signal interface
PLS + and PLS - are the positive and negative ends of the control pulse signal; DIR + and DIR - are the positive and negative ends of the
directional signal; ENA + and ENA - are the positive and negative ends of the enable signal. 24V need to string 2K resistance
Motor interface
A + and A- are connected to the positive and negative terminals of the A-phase winding of the motor; B + and B- are connected to the
positive and negative terminals of the B-phase winding of the motor. When A, B two-phase winding exchange, the direction of the motor can
be reversed.
Power connector
DC power supply, the working voltage range is recommended for 20 - 50VDC. Power supply is greater than 100W; according to the actual use
of open look, the input is not more than DC40V is the right choice
Indicator light
Drive has two lights red and green. The green light is the power indicator light. When the driver is powered on, the green light is always on.
The red light is the fault indicator light. When overvoltage or overcurrent fault occurs, the fault light is always on. After the fault is cleared, the
red light is off. When a drive fails, it can only be cleared by powering it on and re-enabling it.

电流输出设定表 Current output setting table

Output peak current 为动态电流的一半 , on 表示静态电流与动态电流相同。一般用途中应将 SW4 设成
off，使得电机和驱动器的发热减少，可靠性提高。脉冲串停止后约 0.4 秒左右电流

自动减至一半左右（实际值的 60%），发热量理论上减至 36%。

SW4 Definition: Users can set the automatic half-stream function of the

driver through SW4. off means that the quiescent current is set at half the

heating of the motor and the drive reduce the reliability. About 0.4 seconds
