QZB 系列电机起动用三相自耦变压器适用于交流 50/60Hz, 额定电压 380V, 功率 14KW-800KW 的三相鼠笼型感应电动机的不频繁降压
起动 , 以改善电动机起动时对输电网络的影响。
适用于工矿企业，三相电动机其额定频率 50-60HZ，电压不超过 1200V 三相交流线路作降压起动之用。正常使用的变压器起动时间为每
次不超过 15S，其一小时内不超过 3 次。新增改进特点：线圈内部增加了进口温度保护开关（热敏动断开关）。在使用时， 其热敏动断
常闭触点应串入电机二次控制回路，才能起到保护作用。 当电机起动时间超过变压器的允许限值或电机起动相对过于频繁，造成变压器
过热， 温度保护开关就会动作，断开控制回路，使电机停止工作，此时不能再次起动电机。 只要当变压器线圈的温度下降到一定值时，
温度保护开关自动复位后， 才可以将电机重新起动起来。
QZB series motor starting three-phase auto-transformer is suitable for the infrequent step-down starting of three-phase
squirrel cage induction motor with ac 50/60hz, rated voltage 380V and power 14kw-800kw, so as to improve the impact of
motor starting on the transmission network.
Applicable to industrial and mining enterprises, three-phase motor rated frequency of 50-60hz, voltage not exceeding 1200V
three-phase ac line for step-down starting. The starting time of transformers in normal use is no more than 15S each time
and no more than 3 times within one hour. New and improved features: an inlet temperature protection switch (thermosensitive
break switch) has been added inside the coil. When in use, the thermo-sensitive moving normally closed contact should be
connected to the secondary control circuit of the motor in order to play a protective role. When the motor starting time
exceeds the allowable limit of transformer or the motor starting is relatively too frequent, the transformer will overheat, and
the temperature protection switch will move, disconnect the control loop, and make the motor stop working. At this time,
the motor cannot be started again. As long as the transformer coil temperature drops to a certain value, the temperature
protection switch automatically reset, the motor can be restarted.
