KYN28-24型开关设备具有各种防止误操作的功能，包括防止带负荷移动手车，防止接地开关闭合位置合断路器、防止带电合接
地开关和防止误入带电隔室等功能。开关设备配置性能优良的VS1、VN2系列中置式高压交流真空断路器及固封式真空开关。
开关设备二次回路配置先进可靠的控制保护元件；母线采用热缩绝缘材料或环氧涂覆的绝缘手段，优化电极形状，柜体结构紧
凑，该开关设备是技术先进、性能稳定、结构合理、使用方便、安全可靠的配电设备。

earthing switch at live condition and to enter into the live isolation compartment .The switchgear has excellent VS1 and VS2
series HV AC vacuum circuit breaker and fixed vacuum switchgear .The secondary circuit of the switch has reliable control and
prptection elements ; The busbar adopts thermal shrinkage insulation material or exposy coating insulation means to optimize
electrode shape. The cabinet is compact in structure and the switchgear is distribution equipment with advanced technology,
