开关柜的二次线与手车的二次线联接是通过二次插头来实现的。二次插头的动触头装于手车上，二次插座装设在开关柜断路器室的右上方。当手车处于“试
验/隔离”位置时，才能插上和拔下二次插头。手车处于“工作”位置时，二次插头被锁定。当断路器手车安装有闭锁电磁铁时，在二次插头未接通之前，
由于闭锁电磁铁未通电，无法手动合闸，仅能进行手动分闸操作。
The secondary line of the switchgear and the secondary line of the handcart are connected by a secondary plug. The moving contact of the secondary
plug is mounted on the handcart, and the secondary socket is installed in the upper right of the circuit breaker chamber of the switchgear. The
secondary plug can only be plugged in and unplugged when the handcart is in the “test/isolated” position. When the handcart is in the "working"
position, the secondary plug is locked. When the circuit breaker trolley is equipped with a latching electromagnet, before the secondary plug is not
turned on, since the latching electromagnet is not energized, it cannot be manually closed, and only the manual opening operation can be performed.
