JBK 系列机床变压器是目前机械制造系统上最受欢迎的变压器系列之一，此变压器经过多年技术改进，吸收了国内外同类产品的优点将接
线端子与骨架快速结合，使防护等级提高到 IP2LX，防止偶然触及电路。

变压器的硅钢片与硅钢片之间联接、硅钢片与底板联接均采用气体保护氩弧焊，形成一个整体，简捷明了。尤其是底板一次性成型，
安装尺寸较其它系列变压器更为准确，而采用优质防蚀合金材料，大大提高了接地性能的可靠性 , 全面提高了产品质理，该产品符合
VDE0550、JB/T5555、GB5226 等有关国际、国家标准。
此变压器完全可代替 JBK1、JBK2、JBK3、JBK4、JBK5、JBK6 等系列变压器，其安装尺寸同它们相符合。
JBK series machine tool transformer is one of the most popular transformer series in the mechanical manufacturing system at present. After
years of technical improvement, this transformer absorbs the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and rapidly combines the
wiring terminal and the framework, so as to improve the protection level to IP2LX and prevent accidental contact with the circuit.
The connection between the silicon steel sheet and the silicon steel sheet of the transformer and the connection between the silicon steel
sheet and the base plate are all gas protected argon arc welding, forming a whole, simple and clear. Especially the base plate one-time forming,

绝缘材料选用优质 PA6 尼龙，各项指标能抗非正常热，漏电起痕指数，耐交变湿热性能，耐热性超过 IEC60947-7-1/EN60947-7-1 标准
要求，且阻燃剂中不含不卤素，燃烧时不会产生引起腐蚀性酸雨的气化物，带电部件全部安装在绝缘件中，组装后操作人员的手触摸不着
带电体，保证人身安全。
