安装、贮运和验收/Installation, storage and acceptance

使用与故障处理 /Use and troubleshooting
● 包装、贮运
○ 环网柜在出厂时为单台木箱包装。在贮运过程中不允许倾翻、倒置和剧烈震动。搬动时不允许在地面上直接推拉；在无起吊装置时，可在包装箱枕木下
垫入圆筒，使其滑到安装位置。
○ 防止柜体雨淋、受潮。
○ 环网柜应放在通风良好，并能防止各种有害气体侵入的场所。严禁与化学药品、酸碱等存放在一仓库内。
● 验收
○ 开箱前检查包装是否损坏，拆箱时注意保护产品。对柜体进行外观检查；同时检查柜内各元器件有无损坏、配件是否与装箱单相符。
○ 检查随机文件是否安全。
a、产品使用说明书及柜内各元器件说明书；
b、出厂试验报告；
c、产品合格证；
d、装箱单；
e、二次接线图。
● Packaging, storage and transportation
○ The ring network cabinet is packaged in a single wooden box at the factory. Tipping, inverting and severe vibrations are not allowed during storage and
transportation. It is not allowed to push and pull directly on the ground when moving; when there is no lifting device, the cylinder can be placed under
the box sleeper to slide it to the installation position.
○ Prevent the cabinet from getting rain and moisture.
○ The ring network cabinet should be placed in a well ventilated place that can prevent various harmful gases from entering. It is strictly forbidden to store
chemicals, acids and alkalis in a warehouse.
● Acceptance
○ Check the package for damage before unpacking, and pay attention to protect the product when unpacking. Check the appearance of the cabinet; at
the same time, check whether the components in the cabinet are damaged or not, and whether the accessories match the packing list.
○ Check if the random file is safe.
a, product manual and instructions for each component in the cabinet;
b. Factory test report;
c, product certification;
d, packing list;
e, secondary wiring diagram.

安装与调试/Installation and commissioning

● 安装时先将环网柜放置在安装基础上，并将其排列整齐、调试好，然后用紧固件紧固好。
● 安装主母线时，打开母线室进行安装，连接母线的接触面应平整、无污物。
● 环网柜的接地应可靠接地，并对接地进行回路检查。
● 调试时按环网柜使用说明书及柜内各元器件的说明书进 行调试。
● 安装调试后，将各自开关元件及防误操作机构进行5次操作，未发现异常现象，则认为开关机械操作正确。
● Place the ring network cabinet on the installation base before installation, arrange it neatly, debug it, and then fasten it with fasteners.
● When installing the main busbar, open the busbar compartment for installation, and the contact surface of the connecting busbar should be flat and free
from dirt.
● The grounding of the ring network cabinet should be g1ounded reliably and the ground should be checked.
● Debug according to the instruction manual of the ring network cabinet and the instructions of each component in the cabinet during commissioning.
● After installation and commissioning, the switch components and the anti-misoperation mechanism are operated five times. If no abnormality is found,
the switch mechanism is considered to be correct.
