● HAD/US型SF6断路器(ABB原装件)
○ HAD/US型SF6断路器是专为环网开关柜设计的,其开断容量足以应付各种状态,包括正常投切设备或分支网络的操作以及在特殊情况下开断短路等。新
一代HAD具有最新的SF6开断工艺,加之结构简单,只需很小的操作能量,如此简单的储能式操作机构具有使用时机械寿命长的特点。断路器选用弹簧操
作机构可以实现自动重合闸操作。
○ 开关开断部分的特殊结构能够使电气寿命延长得到异乎寻常的保证。开关是做成分体独立柱式结构,立式安放。开关采用自能吹弧式原理,即用电弧自身
能量来灭弧。当断路器分闸时,在灭弧室内的动静触头问产生电弧,电弧产生的高温和电离高效应使SF6气体压力在灭弧室内迅猛升高,随着压力的增强
和燃弧触头的渐次分开将气体经由喷嘴强行喷向灭弧室外,于是使电弧变稀疏、冷却、遮断,并阻止重燃,因此开关运动部分只需要很少的能量,更加增
进了长期运行的可靠性。
● HAD/US type SF6 circuit breaker (ABB original parts)
○ HAD/US type SF6 circuit breaker is designed for ring network switchgear. Its breaking capacity is sufficient to cope with various conditions, including
the operation of normal switching equipment or branch network and breaking short circuit under special circumstances. The new generation HAD has
the latest SF6 breaking process, combined with a simple structure and requires very little operating energy. Such a simple energy storage operating
mechanism has the characteristics of long mechanical life in use. The circuit breaker uses a spring operating mechanism to achieve automatic reclosing
operation.
○ The special structure of the switch breaking part can make the electrical life extension exceptionally guaranteed. The switch is made of a separate
column structure and is placed vertically. The switch adopts the principle of self-energy blowing, that is, the arc itself is used to extinguish the arc. When
the circuit breaker is opened, the static and dynamic contacts in the arc extinguishing chamber are caused to generate an arc. The high temperature
generated by the arc and the high ionization effect cause the SF6 gas pressure to rise rapidly in the arc extinguishing chamber, with the pressure
increasing and the arcing contacts. Gradually separating the gas from the nozzle to the arc extinguishing chamber through the nozzle, so that the arc is
sparse, cooled, interrupted, and prevents re-ignition, so the switching part requires only a small amount of energy, which further enhances the reliability
of long-term operation.
