Main structure
◆ The main frame adopts 8MF type open steel, the two sides of the steel are respectively 20mm and 100mm and Φ9.2mm mounting holes, the internal
installation is flexible and convenient;
◆ The main frame assembly design for the two, full assembly structure and part (side frame and beam) welded structure for the user to choose;
◆ The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and their compartments are divided into functional unit, bus room and cable room.
The role of each room is relatively independent;
◆ ice level main bus using the cabinet after the flat arrangement, in order to enhance the ability of the bus anti-electric power, is the main circuit of the
device with high short-circuit strength of the basic measures;

Functional unit
◆ The module of drawer height is 160mm. Divided into 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 3/2 unit, 2 unit, 3 unit, five size series. Unit circuit rated current 400A and below;
◆ The change of the drawer only changes in the height dimension, and the width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. The drawers of the same
functional unit have good interchangeability;
◆ Each MCC cabinet can install up to 11 one-unit drawers or 22 1 / 2-unit drawers. More than one unit drawer adopts multifunctional back panel;
◆ The drawer inlet and outlet lines use different number of plug-ins with the same specification and slice structure according to the current size;
◆ The transfer between the 1/2 unit drawer and the cable room adopts the backplane structure ZJ-2 type adapter;
◆ The transfer between the unit drawer and the cable room adopts the same size rod or tube structure ZJ-1 type adapter according to the current grade;
◆ The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device.
