配电装置，具有短路、过载、过电压、漏电保护等功能，体积小、外型美观、经济实用，安
装于户外柱上变压器的电杆上，是城乡电网改造的新一代理想配电产品。
MDX-400 series photovoltaic grid-connected box is a kind of outdoor integrated power
distribution device integrating metering, outlet, reactive power compensation, etc. It has
the functions of short circuit, overload, over voltage and leakage protection, small size and
appearance. Beautiful, economical and practical, it is installed on the pole of the outdoor
column transformer, which is a new generation of ideal power distribution products for
urban and rural power grid transformation.

结构特点 Structural features
箱体结构分立式和卧式，外壳采用 2mm 优质不锈钢板经多重折边工艺弯制 ( 或采用蜂窝结构的不锈钢双夹层复合板，具有阻燃、环保、隔热、防凝露等性
能 )，采用特殊不锈钢焊接工艺，箱体成型后整体强度高，表面光洁如镜，不留焊缝痕迹；内部安装梁 ( 板 ) 为热镀锌工艺处理，确保二十年内不锈蚀；
箱体前后开门，便于用户操作和检修，门四周镶有高 弹力耐老化密封胶条，每扇门均装有明暗两种门锁，明锁配有防堵防锈的遮雨罩；计量室全封闭带铅
封装置；箱体侧面装有防雨防异物的进线电缆穿管，底部冲有通风孔和电缆出线孔，顶部设有通风道和丝网，具有防水、防锈、防尘、防异物的功能，防护
等级：IP54。
The box structure is divided into vertical and horizontal type. The outer shell is made of 2mm high-quality stainless steel plate and bent by multiple
hemming process (or stainless steel double-layer composite board with honeycomb structure, which has the properties of flame retardant,
environmental protection, heat insulation and anti-condensation). The special stainless steel welding process is adopted. After the box is formed, the
overall strength is high, the surface is smooth as a mirror, and no weld marks are left. The inner mounting beam (plate) is treated by hot-dip galvanizing
to ensure no corrosion in 20 years; the front and rear doors of the box are opened. It is easy for users to operate and overhaul. The door is surrounded
by high-elastic anti-aging sealing strips. Each door is equipped with two kinds of door locks, light and dark. The lock is equipped with a rain cover for
anti-blocking and rust prevention. The measuring chamber is fully enclosed with lead. Sealing device; the side of the box is equipped with a rain-proof
and foreign-proof incoming cable, the bottom is flushed with ventilation holes and cable outlet holes, and the top is provided with ventilation ducts and
screens, which are waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof and foreign-proof. Function, protection level: IP54.
