ISOLATING SWITCH
Overview
This product is for single-phase use of three-phase line system, with simple structure, economy and convenient use.
This product is a single-break vertical opening type structure, and the monopole isolating switch pillar insulators are installed on the respective chassis,
mainly composed of the base, the pillar insulator, the main conductive circuit part, and the self-locking device. A knife-type structure is used to open
and close the circuit to cut off and close the line. Each phase knife is composed of two conductive blades. Compression springs are installed on both
sides of the blade. The height of the spring can be adjusted to obtain the contact pressure required by the switch knife. When the switch is opened and
closed, the operating part of the insulating hook rod is used, and the knife has a self-locking device.
Action principle
When the isolating switch is opened and closed, the insulating hook bar is used to operate. The insulating hook bar buckles the isolating switch lock
hook and pulls the lock hook toward the opening direction. After the self-locking device is unlocked, the conductive plate connected to it is rotated
to realize the opening action When the insulating hook sticks against the isolating switch lock hook, the rotating shaft rotates, and the connected
conductive plate rotates to the closing position. At this time, the self-locking device locks the isolating switch at the closing position.
This type of isolating switch can be installed on pillars, walls, ceilings, horizontal frames or metal frames, and can also be installed vertically or diagonally,
but the installation position should be downward when the contact knife is opened.
