VOCs 废气净化 VOCs Exhaust Gas Purification
VOCs(volatile organic compounds)挥发性有机物,是指常温下饱和蒸汽压大于 70 Pa、常压下沸点在 260℃以下的有机化合物,或在 20℃
条件下蒸汽压大于或者等于 10 Pa 具有相应挥发性的全部有机化合物。含 VOCs 废气(如甲醛),在一定条件下形成光化学污染,影响动植物和
人类的健康。某些有毒 VOCs 废气有致残、致畸、至癌作用,对长期暴露于其中的人体造成严重伤害。VOCs 也是 PM2.5 产物重要前驱物。
VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) means the organic compounds with the saturated vapor pressure greater than 70 Pa in ambient
temperature and the boiling point below 260℃ in ambient pressure, or all the organic compounds with the corresponding volatility when
the saturated vapor pressure is 10 Pa or above in 20℃ . The waste gas containing VOCs (such as formaldehyde) may cause photochemical
pollution under certain conditions, which will affect the health of animals, plants and human beings. The waste gas of some toxic VOCs
has maimed, teratogenic and carcinogenic effects, causing serious injury to the human body of long-term exposure. VOCs are also
the important precursor of PM2.5.
◎ 催化氧化处理技术 Catalytic oxidation treatment technology
催化技术为污染物的治理提供了独特的经济解决办法,有机废气在催化剂的作用下,使有机废气中的碳
氢化合物在温度较低(~ 250℃)的条件下迅速氧化成水和二氧化碳,达到治理的目的,具有净化效率高、
能耗低,无二次污染等优点。
Catalytic technology provides a unique economic solution for pollution control. Under the action
of catalyst, the hydrocarbons in organic waste gas will be rapidly oxidized into water and carbon
dioxide under low temperature ( ~ 250℃ ) to achieve the purpose of control, which is characterized
of high purification efficiency, low energy consumption, no secondary pollution and etc.
◎ 洗涤废气净化装置 Waste gas scrubbing purification plant
洗涤塔是一种新型的气体净化处理设备。它是在可浮动填料层气体净化器的基础上改进而产生的,广泛应
用于工业废气净化、除尘等方面的前处理,净化效果很好。由于其工作原理类似似洗涤过程,故名洗涤塔。
The scrubbing tower is a new kind of gas purification treatment equipment. It is developed
through the improvement on the floating packing layer gas purifier, which is extensively used in
the pre-treatment of industrial waste gas purification and dust removal with good purification
effect. It is named as scrubbing tower for its working principle is similar to the scrubbing process.
◎ ACF 吸附废气净化装置 ACF adsorption exhaust gas purification plant
活性碳纤维(ACF)是一种新型高效吸附材料,对有毒有害气体具有较高的吸附作用,使废气中有机污染
物去除率大幅度提高;吸附和脱附速度快,有很好的活化再生特性,大大提高吸附剂使用寿命。 ACF 吸
附器是对传统颗粒活性炭(GAC)吸附净化器的改进。
Activated Carbon Fiber (ACF) is a new type of high-efficiency adsorption material with good
adsorption effect on toxic and harmful gases, which can significantly improve the removal rate of
organic pollutants in waste gas. In addition to the fast adsorption and desorption speed, it also has
good activation and regeneration characteristics, so the life of adsorbent is significantly extended. ACF
absorber is an improvement on the traditional Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) adsorption purifier.
◎ VOCs 催化剂 VOCs catalyst
有机废气的催化氧化,是消除排放废气中的有害物质的一种有效方法。采用催化剂可以降低氧化反应
活化能,同时提供反应速率,从而降低废气净化装置的投资和操作费用。一般热力氧化的反应温度为
800~850℃,而催化氧化通常 在 200~450℃的较低温度水平下进行,从而降低废气净化装置的投资和操
作费用,且可减少 NOx 副产物的产生。
The catalytic oxidation of organic waste gas is an effective method to eliminate the hazardous
substances in the exhausted waste gas. The catalyst can reduce the activation energy of
oxidation reaction and provide reaction rate, so as to reduce the investment and operation cost of
waste gas purifying device. The general reaction temperature of thermal oxidation is 800~850℃ ,
but the catalytic oxidation is usually performed under the lower temperature of 200~450 ℃ ,
thus reducing the investment and operating cost of waste gas purification plant, and reduce the
generation of NOx by-products.
