合同能源管理 Contract Energy Management

合同能源管理机制的实质是：一种以减少能源费用来支付节能项目全部成本的节能投资方式。这样一种节能投资方式允许用户使用未来的节能收益为工程
和设备升级，以降低目前的运营成本。
◆ 零投资 运营商不用资金投入即可完成节能技术改造。
◆ 零风险 EMC-BT 公司承担技术和经济风险，能耗企业支付给 EMC-BT 的款项来自能源节约所带来的项目效益。
◆ 高收益 合同结束后设备和后续全部节能效益归能耗企业。
The essence of contract energy management mechanism is: an energy saving investment mode to pay the overall cost of energy saving
project by reducing the energy cost. This kind of energy saving investment mode allows users to upgrade project and equipment with the
energy saving revenue in the future, so as to reduce the current operating cost.
◆ Zero investment The operator can complete the energy saving technology transformation without funding.
◆ Zero risk EMC-BT company assumes technical and economic risks, and the amount paid by energy consumption enterprise to EMC-BT
comes from the project benefit of energy saving.
◆ High yield After the contract is completed, the equipment and all the subsequent energy saving benefits will belong to the energy consumption
enterprise.
