◆ 海拔不超过 1000。

◆ 覆冰厚度:日平均值不大于 95%,月平均值不大于 90%。
◆ 相对湿度:日平均值不大于 95%,月平均值不大于 90%。
◆ 无剧烈振动和冲击。
◆ 没有火灾、爆炸危险和严重污秽、化学腐蚀的场所。
◆ 特殊使用环境
◇ 使用场所环境超出上述正常使用环境要求,由用户与制造商协商。

◆ 变电站的组成
◇ 装配式变电站是将常规变电站的一、二次电气设备装入一至三个可移动、全密封、防潮、防凝露的箱体内,在工厂内完成安装调试完毕后送抵变电站现场,
由于实现了变电站建设的工厂化,变电站现场工作只需做好设备相应的基础及进、出线的连接。即可很快实现送电。高压侧额定电压为 40.5kV,低压侧
额定电压为 12(0.4)kV,变压器的额定容量为 400-20000kVA 的装配式电气设备,主要由以下几种类型的箱体组成;35kV 主变箱、35kV 开关箱、
10kV 开关箱等。并由此构成了变电站建设的多种模式。箱与箱之间通过电缆连接,10kV 进、出线也通过电缆连接。通常变电站由高压开关室、低压开
关室、继电保护室、电容补偿室和变压器室组成。其中高压电容补偿和 4000kVA 以上的油浸式变压器还经常采用户外露天安装方式。
◆ 自动化装置简介
◇ 全站采用智能化设计,保护系统采用变电站微机综合自动化装置,分散或组屏安装,可实现“四遥”即遥测、遥信、遥控、遥调,每个单位均具有独立运行功能,
继电保护功能齐全,可对运行参数进行远方设置,对箱体内温度、湿度进行控制和远方烟雾报警,满足无人值班的要求。
◇ 根据需要还可以按照图像远程监控设备,箱变内部实时视频信息通过摄像头接入到自动化设备并传到调度中心,实现对箱变的时图像监控,从而实现真
正意义的上的“无人值班”。

◆ Composition of substation
◇ The assembled substation is to install the primary and secondary electrical equipment of the conventional substation into one or three
movable, fully sealed, moisture-proof and anti-condensation tanks. After completion of the installation and commissioning in the factory,
it is delivered to the substation site. The factoryization of substation construction, the substation field work only needs to make the
corresponding foundation of the equipment and the connection of the incoming and outgoing lines. Power can be delivered very quickly.
The rated voltage on the high voltage side is 40.5kV, the rated voltage on the low voltage side is 12 (0.4) kV, and the rated electrical
capacity of the transformer is 400-20000kVA. It is mainly composed of the following types of cabinets; 35kV main transformer box, 35kV
Switch box, 10kV switch box, etc. And thus constitute a variety of modes of substation construction. The box is connected to the box by
cable, and the 10kV in and out lines are also connected by cables. Usually the substation consists of a high voltage switch room, a low
voltage switch room, a relay protection room, a capacitance compensation room and a transformer room. Among them, high-voltage
capacitor compensation and oil-immersed transformers above 4000kVA are often used in outdoor open-air installations.
◆ Introduction to automation equipment
◇ The whole station adopts intelligent design. The protection system adopts substation microcomputer integrated automation device,
distributed or group screen installation, which can realize “four remote”, namely telemetry, remote signaling, remote control and remote
adjustment. Each unit has independent operation function. The electric protection function is complete, the remote setting of the operating
parameters can be set, the temperature and humidity in the box can be controlled and the remote smoke alarm can be met to meet the
requirements of unattended operation.
◇ According to the need, you can also remotely monitor the device according to the image. The internal real-time video information of the box
is connected to the automation device through the camera and transmitted to the dispatching center to realize the image monitoring of the
box change, thus realizing the “unmanned operation”. ".
