ZCLD2 Series load break switch

Purpose
ZCLD2 series load break switch is one of the innovative products developed independently by our company. Products conform to the
standard GB/T 14048.3 of low voltage switch, isolator, isolating switch fuse combination unit. It also conforms to
the mechanical operation requirement of IEC60204 manual isolating switch.
ZCLD2 series product is applicable to the electrical circuits of 50GHz/60Hz, rated operating voltage 380V-400V, rated operating current
25A-125A as the switch of controlling three-phase or three-phase four-wire main loop or auxiliary loop. It can disconnect such load
equipment as three-phase current machine in time of maintenance. The switch can be hanged with three locks when it is disconnected.

Operating conditions
1. Ambient air temperature does not exceed +40℃ , and average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃ ;
2. Lower limit of ambient air temperature does not exceed -5℃ ;
3. The altitude of installation site does not exceed 2000m;
4. When maximum temperature is +40℃ , air relative humidity does not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower
temperature. For example, relative humidity reaches 90% in time of +20℃ . It’s required to adopt special measures on the dew
condensates that occasionally form due to temperature changes.
