国家电网在 2007 年就提出“两型一化”建设中优先采用小型化开关柜，降低电网投
资及运力，减少运行成本。原有供电系统传统开关设备难以满足当前配电网智能化
应用需求，采用智能化小型配电设备解决了上述问题，同时节约土地，降低成本。
In 2007, the State Grid proposed to give priority to the use of miniaturized
switchgear in the construction of "two types and one integration" to reduce
grid investment and capacity, and reduce operating costs. The traditional
switchgear of the original power supply system is difficult to meet the current
intelligent application requirements of the distribution network. The use of
intelligent small-scale distribution equipment solves the above problems,
while saving land and reducing costs.

compact ETK400-12/ETK450-12 series of high-voltage switchgear with
comprehensive technical indicators. Surpass the existing KYN28-12 switch
cabinet products.

并使 10kV 高压室的面积得到了减少 , 从而为总建筑面积的减少、站区占地面积的减

The use of miniaturized intelligent switchgear with a width of 400mm/
450mm has achieved the requirements for the construction of an intelligent
substation and reduced the area of the 10kV high voltage chamber, thus
laying the foundation for the reduction of the total construction area and
the reduction of the occupied area of the station area, saving land and
saving resources, so that the substation construction is more in line with the
