概述 Overview

箱变分为高压室、低压室以及变压器三个部分、按照“目”字型排列。除变压器散热片和器
身散露在箱体外部，其余所有带电间隔均密封
在独立的隔室内。各室内用隔板隔离成独立的间隔，并在箱体内设有下人孔，方便安装及维修。
箱体内外表面平整，无锈蚀、涂层脱落和磕碰损伤现象，涂料层牢固均匀，无明显反差反光。
箱体基座和所有外露金属件均进行防腐、防锈处理，并喷涂耐久的防护层。
箱体顶盖装设防雨的密封盖板和防雨檐，双层结构的箱体顶盖能防止热辐射。
箱变门的设计尺寸与所装用的设备尺寸相配合，箱变门采用内铰链，箱体上所有的门向外开，
开启角度大于 90°。
箱体采用不锈钢制作，油漆为进口汽车漆，全部采用焗漆方式，防烟雾、防湿热、防霉菌、
户外耐候性能强。光伏发电站所处区域温度低、
温差大、湿度大、多风沙，箱变具备合理的防护结构，防尘结构以及耐低温性能，能满足恶
劣环境条件下正常安全运行要求。

radiation.
The design of the box-changing door is matched with the size of the equipment to be installed. The box-changing door adopts an inner hinge, and all
the doors on the box are opened outward, and the opening angle is greater than 90° .
The box body is made of stainless steel, the paint is imported car paint, all adopt the enamel paint method, anti-smoke, anti-humidity, anti-mold, outdoor
weather resistance. The temperature of the photovoltaic power station is low,
The temperature difference is large, the humidity is large, and the wind is sandy. The box has reasonable protection structure, dustproof structure and
low temperature resistance, which can meet the requirements of normal and safe operation under harsh environmental conditions.
