在中压领域里，由于真空开关设备（真空断路器）、真空接触器、真空负荷开关、真空分断器和真空重合器等）因具有体积小、重量轻、高性能、
高可靠性、维护检修方便、适合频繁操作等优点，因此迅速地占领了市场，在各个领域都得到了广泛的应用，特别是在我国中压领域内，使用的
开关设备，绝大多数都是真空开关设备。
但是真空开关设备，由于其灭弧能力特别强，因此在开断电动机、变压器、电抗器、电容器负载时容易引起截流、多次重燃及三相同步开断等操
作过电压。
随着电力系统稳定安全供电重要性的增强，对提高系统可靠性和安全性要求愈加严格。而操作过电压危害极大，在很大程度上影响着系统的稳定性、
可靠性和安全性，因此必须开发、研制和生产出新的过电压保护装置以满足下述的需求。
RCA20 阻容过电压吸收器是完全能满足上述需求的一种全新的高科技产品。该产品是将一种被称之谓“保护电容器”（接于电力线路与地之间用
以吸收冲击过电压的电容器）的专用电容器和电阻串联连接后再接到开关的负荷侧与地之间，它可有效抑制操作过电压的瞬间振荡和高频能量，
使过电压的波形变缓，陡度和幅值降低，再加上电阻的阻尼作用，使高频振荡迅速衰减。无论对哪种负荷设备都非常有效。是使电器设备避免因
操作过电压造成绝缘损坏、保证电器安全运行必不可少的理想过电压保护装置。

are becoming more stringent. The operation overvoltage is extremely harmful, which affects the stability, reliability and safety of the system
to a large extent. Therefore, new overvoltage protection devices must be developed and produced to meet the following requirements.
The RCA20 Resistive Capacitor Overvoltage Absorber is a new high-tech product that fully meets these needs. The product is composed with
a special capacitor and resistor called a "protective capacitor" (a capacitor connected between the power line and the ground to absorb
the overvoltage) and then connected to the load side of the CB. In between, it can effectively suppress the transient oscillation and high-
frequency energy of the over-voltage, make the waveform of the over-voltage slow, the steepness and amplitude decrease, and the damping
effect of the resistor, so that the high-frequency oscillation is rapidly attenuated. It is very effective no matter which kind of load equipment.
It is an ideal over-voltage protection device that makes electrical equipment avoid insulation damage caused by operating over-voltage and
ensures safe operation of electrical appliances.

产品的特点 /Product characteristics

RCA20 阻容过电压吸收器是我公司和专家联合最新研制、开发和生产的高科技产品，并在国家高压电器质量监督检验中心、西安高压电器研究所
高压电器实验室通过全部型式试验。该产品采用的是具有自愈功能的干式高压电容器，这种电容是名副其实的“保护电容器”，其绝缘水平完全
达到了 GB311.1-1997 标准的要求。该产品能在温度上限、1.15Un 下长期运行，在 2Un 下连续运行 4 小时不出现闪络和击穿。在暂时过电压（包
括工频电压升高、谐振过电压、单相接地短路和间歇性弧光接地过电压）下安全运行。电容器外壳用 DMC 压制而成，并选用优质、高性能的绝缘
材料聚丙烯金属薄膜为固体介质，用阻燃的环氧树脂灌封制成的干式高电压容器。产品电性能稳定可靠，并配置散热性能良好的线编无感电阻器，
使阻容过电压吸收器的性能和可靠性大大提高。
RCA20 阻容过电压吸收器，在实验室内经多次过电压吸收性能试验表明，在施加标准雷电冲击电压时，经过阻容过电压吸收器吸收后，这个电压
降得很低，一般不超过相对的电压的 2 倍（峰值）。另据广东电力 2003 年 8 月第 4 期刑登的“真空断路器投切并联电抗器试验研究”一文现场
试验提供的数据：断路器分闸时，在接入氧化锌避雷器时的过电压为 3.48 倍，而接入阻容过电压吸收时“最大的电压为 1.87 倍”，“可见阻容
装置有明显的限制过电压的功能。”因此该文章最后建议“鉴于该过电压属于高频过电压，建议再加装阻容装置。该装置既可降低过电压幅度，
也可降低过电压的频率。”由此可见，阻容过电压吸收器是保护各种电器设备免遭操作过电压损坏的最理想、最有效的装置。
