使用范围和用途 /Scope and Purpose

CVS-12（7.2）户内高压交流真空接触器－熔断器组合电器为额定电压 12kV（7.2kV）、额
定频率 50Hz 的三相交流户内用高压开关设备，主要由户内高压交流真空接触器和高压限流
熔断器组成，具有合分控制与保护功能。主要适用于 10kV 及以下负荷较小的电力系统中（如
电厂厂用电系统）的高压电器控制和保护，特别适用于需要频繁操作电动机、变压器等的
控制和保护。
CVS-12(7.2) indoor high-voltage AC vacuum contactor （fuse integrated) is a three-
phase AC indoor high-voltage switchgear with rated voltage of 12 kV (7.2 kV) and rated
frequency of 50 Hz. Mainly composed by vacuum contactor and high-voltage current-
limiting fuse. It has the function of closing and opening control and protection. Mainly
applied for the control and protection of high voltage electrical appliances in power
systems with light duty below 10 kV (such as power plant auxiliary power system),
especially for the control and protection of motors and transformers which need to be
operated frequently.

主要特点与优点 /Main features and advantages

CVS-12（7.2）户内高压交流真空接触器－熔断器组合电器与高压真空断路器或其他高压电器相比，组合电器的优点在于：
● 在相同开断容量下，组合电器产品体积要比同类产品小的多；
● 短路开断能力强，预期短路开断电流可达40kA（最高可达50kA），而断路器一般为20~31.5kA，而且开断电流越大，成本和体积也相应大幅度增加；
● 可频繁操作，组合电器操作频率可达 300 次 /h；
● 机械及电寿命可达 30 万次，是真空断路器机械及电寿命的 10~30 倍，可大幅延长用户更换开关设备的周期，降低用户的总体费用；
● 可快速开断短路电流，一般可在半个周波内开断，而断路器至少需要 1 个周波以上才能开断；
● 安装更换方便，无需太多的改动即可用于普通的 KYN28-12 中置柜。
The advantages of CVS-12(7.2) indoor high-voltage AC vacuum contactor （fuse integrated) Compared with high voltage vacuum circuit
breaker or other high voltage appliances are as follows:
● Under the same interruption capacity, the volume of CVS is much smaller than that of similar products.
● Short-circuit current breaking ability is high. The expected short-circuit current can reach 40 kA (up to 50 kA), while circuit breakers are
normally 20~31.5 kA. With higher short-circuit current, the cost and volume will increase correspondingly.
● It can be operated frequently, and the frequency of CVS can reach 300 times/h.
● Mechanical and electrical life can reach 300,000 times, which is 10~30 times longer than vacuum circuit breakers. It can greatly prolong
the period of switchgear replacement and reduce the total cost of users.
● The short circuit current can be switched on and off quickly, usually within half a cycle, and the circuit breaker needs at least one cycle to
break. Easy to install and replace.
● It can be used in KYN28-12 cabinet without too many changes.

使用环境要求 /Environmental requirements

● 周围空气温度：-15℃～ +40℃，且 24h 内测得的温度平均值不超过 35℃。
● 海拔：CVS-7.2J(D) 型 : 用于额定电压 7.2kV 系统时 1000m 及以下地区；用于额定电压 3.6kV 系统时 3000m 及以下地区。
CVS-12J(D) 型 : 用于额定电压 12kV 系统时 1000m 及以下地区；用于额定电压 7.2kV 系统时 3000m 及以下地区。
● 周围空气没有明显的受到尘埃、烟、腐蚀性气体、蒸汽或盐雾的污染。
● 湿度 : 相对湿度：日平均值不大于 95%，月平均值不大于 90%；水蒸气压：日平均值不大于 2.2kPa，月平均值不大于 1.8kPa 。
● 开关设备和控制设备外部的振动或地动是可以忽略的。
● 在二次系统中感应的电磁干扰的幅值不超过 1.6kV。
