B 售中服务/Sale service
公司按工程全方位的考核标准，成立由质量负责人和技术负责人为首的工程小组，并有相关部门负责人督导产品的全过程落实，实行生产—质
量—服务的动态管理。
销售人员应随时与客户保持联络，了解客户有关质量及交货时间等要求，并通知车间制定相应技术指标，落实生产业务，确保产品质量及交货
时间内。

保证出厂产品达到国家、行业的有关标准及本项目技术规范合同规定的条件，除易损件外实行免费维修，根据工程需要提供优质的备品备件。
我方负责讲授电器原理，运行方式，保证实现设备投入运行后的正常操作与使用。
我方提供现场服务，派有能力、有经验的人员到现场进行技术服务，知道安装、调试和运行，并负责解决合同设备在安装调试，试运行中发现
的制造质量及性能有关问题。凡属我公司的质量问题，我公司将提供无偿服务。
产品使用过程中，对可恶实行走访制度，并将客户反映的问题及时反馈回公司，以便公司制定相应的改善措施。
