             A     售前服务/Pre-sale service

                   销售人员应向客户提供咨询服务及必要的技术防范,产品样本及产品说明书等,使顾客能对产品性能有详细的了解。
                   Sales personnel should provide consulting services and necessary technical precautions, product samples and product manuals to customers,
                   so that customers can have a detailed understanding of product performance.



             B     售中服务/Sale service
                   公司按工程全方位的考核标准,成立由质量负责人和技术负责人为首的工程小组,并有相关部门负责人督导产品的全过程落实,实行生产—质
                   量—服务的动态管理。
                   销售人员应随时与客户保持联络,了解客户有关质量及交货时间等要求,并通知车间制定相应技术指标,落实生产业务,确保产品质量及交货
                   时间内。

             C     售后服务/After sales service

                   保证出厂产品达到国家、行业的有关标准及本项目技术规范合同规定的条件,除易损件外实行免费维修,根据工程需要提供优质的备品备件。
                   我方负责讲授电器原理,运行方式,保证实现设备投入运行后的正常操作与使用。
                   我方提供现场服务,派有能力、有经验的人员到现场进行技术服务,知道安装、调试和运行,并负责解决合同设备在安装调试,试运行中发现
                   的制造质量及性能有关问题。凡属我公司的质量问题,我公司将提供无偿服务。
                   产品使用过程中,对可恶实行走访制度,并将客户反映的问题及时反馈回公司,以便公司制定相应的改善措施。
                   Ensure that the ex-factory products meet the relevant standards of the state and industry and the conditions  stipulated  in the technical
                   specification contract of the project. Free maintenance is carried out in addition to the wearing parts, and high-quality spare parts are provided
                   according to the engineering needs.
                   We are responsible for teaching the principle of electrical appliances and the way of operation to ensure the normal operation and use of the
                   equipment after it is put into operation.
                   We provide on-site service, send competent and experienced personnel to the site for technical services, know the installation, commissioning
                   and operation, and be responsible  for solving the manufacturing  quality and performance problems  found in the commissioning  and
                   commissioning of the contract equipment. For the quality problems of our company, our company will provide free services.
                   During the use of the product, the visit system is abhorrent, and the problems reflected by the customer are promptly fed back to the company
                   so that the company can formulate corresponding improvement measures.
